Printing characteristics: Under the premise of selecting a suitable printer, the coding parameters should be adjusted within the following ranges, and the conditions that are most suitable for the corresponding printer and transfer material should be selected:

Temperature range: 120℃-180℃ (prefix measured by thermometer

Pressure range: 0.3~0.5MPa (recommended 0.4 MPa)

coding speed: 30-600 times/min (the best transfer speed is 50-200 times/min)

Printing effect: The product has high blackness, the printed handwriting is black and bright and full, the printed handwriting has excellent adhesion, resistance to friction and scratching, and the handwriting is resistant to steaming (the printed handwriting will not be dropped for 5 minutes under the condition of 30% hydrogen peroxide and 80℃. No word loss after 5 minutes of treatment in pure water at 100°C).

Applicable materials: Suitable for PET, PP, PE and other films, milk bags, aluminum foil, UV labels and various composite films, etc., with good results when used on high-speed labeling machines.
