Requirements of Application Scenarios

1、Since clothing tags are required to ensure traceability and completeness of information. Generally, sharpness, durability and scratch resistance should be ensured for information on the clothing tags.

2、Because garment wash care labels will come into contact with laundry detergent liquid/powder solutions, dry cleaning agents, and ironing machines, etc., they need to have high resistance to washing, dry cleaning, and high temperature ironing as well as good durability. Because of the tightness of webbing, the requirements for printing blackness are also extremely harsh.

Recommended Ribbons by MINGYOU

1、For tags:

For tags or cards with rough surfaces, wax ribbons with a thick ink layer can be selected. This type of ribbons can offer good printing quality for tags with rough surfaces thanks to(because of) their low melting point and thick coating. Meanwhile, they also have some resistance to scratch, with the best cost-effective performance. Optional ribbons of MINGYOU's  WAX series include W731,W728 and W736. 

For fine and smooth surfaces, synthetic materials and printed high-quality tags, wax-resin ribbons with high scratch resistance can be selected because they boast better durability and scratch resistance and perform better in keeping information complete. Optional ribbons include M860,M870 and M890.

2、For wash care ribbon:

MINGYOU's  wash care resin ribbons are characterized by high resistance to washing, dry cleaning and high temperature ironing, etc. They can well match with common materials such as nylon, satin, and webbing on the market. If the surface of the printing material is fine and smooth, you can choose cost-effective R620 and R800 ribbons. If the surface of the printing material is slightly rough, you can select R630and R800PLUS ribbons with higher blackness.
